Hey Alex, I am trying to do exactly this with a google doc. For some reason it will not embed (I am using the embed code). I suspect that it has something to do with it being iframe. Any suggestions? Here is the code below

Does this work only with FB Fans page, or will it also work with FB Group page?

Great idea! I implemented it and it works flawlessly. A nice and easy way to bypass paying sites like Involver or Wildfire when all you need is a simple form! Thanks again.
